WORSHIP TRACK
At the heart of our worship program is a passionate desire to encounter God, glorify Him, and create a space where people can draw closer to the Father. Our vision is to see lives transformed through authentic worship that touches heaven and changes earth. Worship is more than just music; it’s a lifestyle, and we long to raise up a generation of worshipers who passionately pursue God’s heart, impact their communities with His love, and carry His light into the world.
Every person has been uniquely gifted and called to use their gifts for His purposes. Our Worship Track is designed for those who feel called to lead others in worship and want to grow both spiritually and musically. That’s why we’re committed to blending spiritual growth and mentorship with the practical skills needed for leading worship— vocally, instrumentally, or as part of a team.
ONE-ON-ONE
MENTORING
Each class will begin with a 15-minute mentoring session focused on helping you stay rooted in Jesus, while also developing your character and leadership skills.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Instrument lessons focusing on rhythm and chording
In these lessons, your teacher will assess your musicianship and focus on the skills that need strengthening. From chording to rhythm, and all in between, they will help you develop the essential skills of leading worship.
Vocal techniques/training
Once a month, you will have a voice lesson with our vocal coach, Destiny. These sessions will help you identify and overcome your breaking points & weak spots. You will step out of your comfort zone, confront insecurities with courage, and discover your pure, authentic sound.
Worship-leading classes once a month
Each month, you will sit in on a class taught by one of the in-house or guest worship leaders. They will give you valuable wisdom and insight into the art of leading worship, covering bases such as: how to build a good setlist, how to lead a team, the heart of worship, flowing prophetically and spontaneously, your responsibility as a worship leader, and so much more. These classes include an hour of teaching followed by a Q&A time.
Worship sessions once a month
Each month, you will come together with a team and put everything you have been learning into practice with direction & encouragement when needed. You could be band leading and communicating with the team from a talkback microphone, playing and/or singing, etc.
